Movement screening

Our movement screening is designed to ensure every new member is safe, comfortable and gets the most out of their workouts when entering our classes. We cover the fundamentals of lifting a barbell in a squat, deadlift and pressing positions. Then we finish with a short taster of the metabolic conditioning that makes up 50% of our programming.
