the class uses basic bag drills and light weights for full body conditioning before we finish off with some Air Assault bike work.

That Extra Punch

A high intensity fully energised class! This class runs at a fast pace and is always fun for all involved. The class goes from bag work into short boxing specific circuit training that is guaranteed to raise the heart rate and also a smile. A great conditioning class finished with work on the Air Assault bikes.
