Our Olympic Project allows us time to coach you on developing the weightlifting skills of the Clean and jerk and Snatch. A great chance to spend more time on the more technical aspects of lifting weights, as we break each movement down over an extended training session.

Each block has a different focus of strength, designed to give you the consistency necessary for progression and varied enough to keep you guessing.
