Here we focus on the skills of Olympic lifting and basic gymnastics. A great chance to learn how to move and control your body effectively and develop speed and strength. All coached at a slightly slower pace than the rest of the timetable.

As an official affiliate of the fastest growing fitness race in the world we are excited to dedicate this session to specific preparation for the event.
The structure follows that of up coming functional fitness competitions, a chance to dip your toe into the competitive world.
