All our strength classes follow an upper or lower body format. With 2 sessions of each.

The programme runs on 3 week training blocks that cycle continuously throughout the year, meaning you can start your project anytime that suits!

Each block has a different focus of strength, designed to give you the consistency necessary for progression and varied enough to keep you guessing.
