I heard about Fly from a friend then my husband joined and persuaded me to give it a try, I'm so glad he did!
I have tried loads of gyms with classes and had Personal Trainers at home but being honest I lost interested in them within a few weeks. In the last year I haven't really done any fitness because I was bored with the above and lost interest in going jogging which I used to love, I stopped smoking in June last year and I quickly put on 3 stone. It was daunting thinking where to start, but I want to not only lose weight but get myself fit, so much so I've signed up to do the 3 Peaks Challenge in June for charity so that will give me a goal to work to.
I'm so glad I found the courage to join Fly, I was scared to go along to what I thought was a gym for the 'already fit people' I was scared because it was going to be alien to me, I was scared I would be holding people back but do you know what I shouldn't have been because Ross and David were so welcoming and helpful, they are amazing at explaining and having patience to teach me the correct techniques, pushing me to get the best out of me, instead of letting me away with 'I can't do that'. I haven't quite mastered the burped yet but I will.
All my new team mates have been amazing too, I really feel part of the Fly community.
