FLYROX is our unique take on HYROX training — built the FLY way. With HYROX rapidly turning into the biggest fitness event in the world, we’ve crafted a specialised session designed to sharpen your race-day performance or simply add high-powered variety to your weekly training. Step into FLYROX and push your limits like never before.
Saturday TEAM
Our Saturday TEAM Sessions are more than just a workout - they’re a chance to connect, challenge yourself, and have fun with the Fly community. Push through a high-energy team workout, then stick around to relax and catch up over coffee with fellow members.
FLY ENGINE
Gear up for our barbell conditioning session FLY ENGINE where you’ll work in teams of 3 to take on a chipper-style workout packed with running, air bike pushes, and heavy lifts. this 45-minute full-body grind will challenge your strength, stamina, and teamwork from start to finish.
