Our unique strength training program offers a structured, consistent and progressive weekly regimen. Each week, members engage in four expertly designed sessions—two focused on upper body and two on lower body development. For the upper body, the program is divided into push and pull sessions across both vertical and horizontal planes. The lower body sessions adopt a similar push-pull framework: ‘push’ days are centred around the squat, while ‘pull’ days focus on deadlifts and the hinge movement pattern. This balanced and systematic approach ensures progressive development in both upper and lower body strength, catering to athletes of all levels.
