Our revolutionary 9-week strength journey unfolds across three strategic phases

BUILD: The foundation phase prioritises muscular endurance and hypertrophy through higher-rep protocols. Here, we bulletproof the body, enhance tissue durability, and establish fundamental movement patterns. This high-volume phase lays the groundwork for future strength gains. 
 
STRONG: Transitioning to absolute strength development, this phase reduces volume while intensifying load. Each session is developed to improve raw strength capacity and neural efficiency. 
 
PERFORM: The culmination phase transforms accumulated strength into explosive power. Training emphasises speed, rate of force development, and athletic expression, unleashing the performance potential built through previous phases. 
 
Each phase is delivered through four distinct workouts – two full body push-focused and two pull-focused sessions – ensuring balanced development while offering flexible training options. This systematic progression, complemented by our four specialised conditioning classes, creates a comprehensive approach to physical development that’s both scalable and sustainable.
