FLY Gym Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all membership agreements at FLY. By becoming a member, you agree to the following terms:

 


 

1. Membership Types & Access

  • Membership options include unlimited access, 12 per month, 8 per month and class-limited packages. All memberships grant access to scheduled group sessions based on your plan.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.
  • FLY reserves the right to adjust class timetables, offerings, or services with reasonable notice.

 


 

2. Payments

  • Membership fees are billed monthly in advance via direct debit.
  • Failed payments will result in a £10 administration fee and temporary suspension of access until payment is resolved.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

 


 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum 60 days’ written notice is required to cancel any membership.
  • Notice must be submitted via email to hi@fly.fit with your full name and membership details.

  • During the notice period, membership fees remain payable and full access will continue until the cancellation date.
  • No refunds will be given for partial months or unused sessions.

 


 

4. Freezes & Holds

 

  • Memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks per calendar year for medical, travel, or other valid reasons.

  • Freeze requests must be made in writing with at least 14 days’ notice.

  • A nominal fee may apply for holding your membership.

 


 

5. Class Booking & Attendance

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via the FLY app or booking system.
  • A 8-hour cancellation window applies. Missed sessions without timely cancellation may incur a no-show fee or restriction on future bookings.

 


 

6. Health & Safety.

  • You confirm that you are physically capable of participating in FLY classes and will notify coaches of any injuries or limitations.
  • FLY reserves the right to refuse access or modify training for safety reasons.

 


 

7. Code of Conduct

  • Respect for fellow members, coaches, and equipment is expected at all times.
  • FLY has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, disruptive, or discriminatory behaviour.
  • Members who breach the code of conduct may have their membership suspended or terminated.

 


 

8. Liability

  • FLY is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
  • You acknowledge that participation is at your own risk and agree to follow all coaching instructions and safety protocols.

 


 

9. Amendments

  • FLY reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of changes at least 30 days in advance.

 


 

By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
