It’s easy to find yourself just going through the motions at the gym. You show up, do your workout, but without a clear goal, it won’t be long before the frustration of seeing little progress sets in. But progress towards what?

This Gym Isn’t for Everyone…

Sure, it’s better to be active than inactive, but here’s why Fly might not be the place for you if you’re just coasting:

At Fly, our ethos is all about becoming FUTUREPROOF.

It’s an environment that creates & thrives on focus, structure, accountability, discipline, & to be honest most importantly – damn hard work. It’s not the place for coasting.

 

This mindset applies to everyone here, from the members to the coaches. Each of the Fly coaches brings a unique background to the table. We all have different home lives, work situations, training experiences, and personal motivations. But where we unite is in our shared focus —both in our training and our lifestyles.

 

People immerse themselves in fitness for many reasons:
Strength goals
Mobility goals
• Fitness events
• Competitive sports
• Mental wellbeing
• Social wellbeing
• Injury rehab/prehab
• To look good! (Let’s be honest, anyone who says they don’t enjoy the aesthetic benefits of exercise is lying!)

 

All of these are valid reasons to get active, and there are plenty more out there.

We can provide all the tools, but a key factor in any success story is personal responsibility. You need to actively use the resources at your disposal to optimise your potential.

 

Fly offers a structured 9-week progressive training programme. Having your own personal goal will allow you to structure your week around the programme, helping you take steps toward achieving that goal.

 

Once you identify your focus, things start to click. Life can get busy, things can get in the way.. but let’s face it – your excuses won’t mean enough, when your ‘why’ means everything.

 

The coaches are on hand not only to coach you through your in-house training sessions, but to help with dialling in a focus, & structuring a plan to help you optimise your experience in the world of fitness!
